Sponsorship is a great way to promote your local business, church or organization while helping students participate in the magic of theater through quality theatrical experiences where Jesus and His teachings are center stage.
When you choose to sponsor our Nite at the Races fundraising event, your business, church or organization will be listed as a sponsor throughout the event program, which every participant and spectator at the fundraising event will see.
Your contribution helps keep participation fees affordable and provides scholarships for low income families, allowing more kids to be part of the ministry at HCPAC.
The deadline to sponsor a HCPAC Race Trophy is June 15, 2024.
Event Sponsor – $500
- Four (4) tickets to the Nite at the Races Event
- Opportunity to promote business or organization during the event at an Event Table
- Recognition of company or organization on the HCPAC Youth Website
- Recognition of company or organization from stage throughout the event
- Recognition of company or organization as Event Sponsor on the screens throughout the event
- Facebook post recognizing company or organization as an Event Sponsor
- Full Page advertisement in the Nite at the Races event program
- Company or Organization Representative invited to be part of the Winner’s Circle Photo for each race
Race Trophy Sponsor – $150
- Two (2) tickets to the Nite at the Races Event
- Name engraved on trophy of sponsored race
- Recognition of company or organization from stage during the announcement of sponsored race
- Company or organization name included as a Race Trophy Sponsor on the screen throughout the evening
- Quarter-page advertisement in the Nite at the Races event program
