I shall indemnify and hold HCPAC harmless from any liability imposed upon HCPAC, adjudicated or otherwise, by virtue of any personal injury, illness or property damage arising from any use of the premises on the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center by me, my agents and invitees, or by any acts done thereon by me, my agents and invitees, including court costs and counsel fees.
Media Release Authorization:
I understand that by participating in the programming at Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center, I give Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center my permission to use a photograph or video of me/my child publicly to promote the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, t-shirts and social media. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
