We are excited to announce that Nick Webb will be directing Lion King Kids this spring at the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center. Nick has been involved at HCPAC for nine years as an actor, assistant director and as the instructor for 2016 Summer Theater Intensive. He has also performed at many other area community theaters. His top three favorite performances are: Spamalot at Carlisle Theater, Esther at HCPAC and All My Sons at the Oyster Mill Playhouse in Camp Hill.

Nick has received training from Capital Area School of the Arts and Harrisburg Area Community College in the Meisner technique, the Stanislavski method, Commedia dell’arte, theater lighting, directing, improv and movement. Additionally, Nick has participated in workshops with numerous theater companies such as Second City, Open Stage and Aquilla. Nick has a passion for making a difference in the lives of students and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education while working as a Preschool Teacher at a local child care center.

Auditions for Disneys’ The Lion King Kids will be held next week on Monday, March 6th and Wednesday, March 8th from 6:00 – 8:30 PM and Saturday, March 11th from 9:00 – 11:30 AM. Auditions are open to all kids in grades 3-9.
