Character Shots are 3×5 photographs that allow our students to keep their performance memories alive for years to come.
Below are important guidelines to prepare for the best possible shot.
Hair & Makeup:
Wear your makeup and hair just like the Director told you to wear it for the performance.
Basic Stage Makeup Guidelines can be found here.
Costume:
If you wear more than one costume in the performance, wear your favorite costume for your character shot.
Don’t forget your shoes!
Pose:
Know what pose you want to do before it’s your turn to get your picture taken.
Think about how your character would pose.
If you have a prop that you will be holding in the performance, ask your director if you can hold it when your photo is taken.
