HCPAC boasts a beautiful large facility where your group can gather, perform, celebrate, or relax! Both our indoor and outdoor properties are available for rental. In the past we’ve hosted:

– Community Concerts
– Fundraisers
– Sports and Recreation
– Worship Services
– Youth and Family Days

  • HCPAC Facility Staff: $15 per hour (required for most rentals)
  • Auditorium with Restrooms, Lobby and Lobby Counter: $1200
    (Includes basic stage and auditorium lighting and 300 Padded Chairs)
  • 60 inch Round Tables (10 available): $10 each
  • 8 foot Rectangle Tables (50 available): $10 each
  • Use of Concession & Merchandise Stands: $50
  • Conference Room (seats 8-10): $110
    (Includes Large Conference Table, 8 Chairs, Multimedia Television, Small Podium and White Board, Coffee Maker, Microwave and Small Refrigerator)
  • Small Classroom/Dressing Room 2A: $60
  • Small Classroom/Dressing Room 2B: $60
  • Small Classroom/Dressing Room 2C: $60
  • Large Classroom/Dressing Room 1A: $100
  • Large Classroom/Dressing Room 3B: $100
  • Makeup/Green Room: $50

  • Sound Equipment & Technician: $15 per hour
    (Includes one on stage microphone and CD sound availability. Lapel microphones available for an additional charge.)
  • Lighting Technician: $15 per hour, per technician
  • Lighting Design is available and is paid directly to the lighting design technician. Rates vary based on the technician.
