When you choose to sponsor a HCPAC Derby Race trophy, your small business will be listed as a sponsor throughout the event program, which every participant and spectator at the fundraising event will see. This $150.00 sponsorship will also include a trophy engraved with the name of your business that you may present to the winning Horse Owner in Winner’s Circle on Saturday, November 11, 2023. In addition to all of this, all sponsors will be listed on the HCPAC Youth website. This is a wonderful way to advertise your business while supporting local youth.
The deadline to sponsor a HCPAC Derby Race trophy is November 3, 2023.
Event Sponsor – $500
- Four (4) tickets to the HCPAC Derby Event
- Opportunity to promote business or organization during the event at an Event Table
- Recognition of company or organization on the HCPAC Youth Website
- Recognition of company or organization from stage throughout the event
- Recognition of company or organization as Event Sponsor on the screens throughout the event
- Facebook post recognizing company or organization as an Event Sponsor
- Full Page advertisement in the HCPAC Derby event program
- Company or Organization Representative invited to be part of the Winner’s Circle Photo for each race
Race Trophy Sponsor – $150
- Two (2) tickets to the HCPAC Derby Event
