This fall, you are invited to the biggest dance party of the year! Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center (HCPAC), will host its first Dancing with OUR Stars benefit event! This exciting event will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 beginning at 6:30PM at HCPAC’s theater, located at 1000 South Eisenhower Blvd, Middletown, PA. Guests will enjoy an exciting night of heavy hors d’oeuvres, desserts and non-alcoholic specialty cocktails, while watching dance teams comprised of local celebrities and OUR HCPAC students compete for the grand prize.

Mr. Brandon Keeton owns and operates Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Central Pennsylvania. Mr. Keeton was an active duty, prior enlisted Captain in the Marine Corps, who served for over 20 years and officially retired in June of 2013. Mr. Keeton has a Master’s Degree in Business and is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in the same field. An active boxer for 18 years and a hand-to-hand close combat instructor in the Marine Corps for 15 years, the transition to the traditional martial arts has been smooth.

Mr. Keeton is proud to dance with one of his students, Carleigh Minium, and to partner with HCPAC as they impact the lives of students and young adults.

Mr. Kenneth A Haarer is married to Kelly Haarer and lives in Chambers Hill. He is the owner of Haarer Painting company, a 28 year business. Mr. Haarer was a wrestling coach at Central Dauphin East High School for 20 years. He is very active in Prince of Peace assumption of the blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Steelton, serving on many committees as well as singing in the choir.

Mr. Haarer is excited to dance with Mia Webb and is also very happy to help HCPAC with this benefit, raising funds for an organization that provides local youth an outlet for their talents.

Mayor Maria Romano Marcinko was born and raised in Steelton and is Steelton’s first female Mayor. Mayor Marcinko works part time as a travel escort and enjoys talking about Steelton in her travels where she definitely has learned this is a small, small world. There isn’t any place she goes that someone hasn’t heard of Steelton!

Mayor Marcinko is excited to be part of HCPAC’s very first “Dancing With OUR Stars” event and hopes to not only raise funds for the organization but to get the word out about the impact that HCPAC is making on kids in her community! She is looking forward to dancing with Joey Doyle, a Steelton-Highspire Jr. High School student.
