If I am accepted as a member of the HCPAC Board of Directors, I understand and agree that my life must be a positive Christian example. With God’s help, I will endeavor to:

  1. Live a separated Christian life (II Corinthians. 6:17).
  2. Discipline myself to walk in the Spirit so as not to fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16-26).
Abstain from all appearance of evil (I Thessalonians 5:22-23).
  3. Live a life consistent with the principles stated in 1 Timothy 3:10-13.
  1. I understand that as a HCPAC Board of Directors member, I will be asked to grant access to my personal and professional network for fundraising purposes, be a monthly sponsor at a minimum of a $10 level, participate in committee work, attend key fundraising events, and assist in spreading the word about HCPAC in my faith community and the community at large.
  2. I understand that if I am unable to attend three consecutive board meetings, I will automatically be removed from the official board.

I can, without mental reservation, heartily endorse the following doctrinal statement of the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center:

  1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  2. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
  3. We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
  4. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
  5. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; that they are saved unto the resurrection of life and they are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
  6. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
